Venn Farm is set in beautiful North Devon countryside three miles south of the Market Town of South Molton. There are remarkable views across the Mole Valley from the front of the cottages which sit in the centre of the 50 acre Venn Farm. At the farm's highest point you can see Exmoor and Dartmoor. Venn Farm Cottages is a family run business and our commitment is to ensuring that our visitors having a wonderful stay and want to return.
What to expect from a visit to Venn Farm
On arrival, a Devon Cream tea with freshly home made scones and jam, local clotted cream and tea or coffee. 
A bottle of wine from the local prize winning Down St Mary Vineyard.
A surprise for the children when they arrive and a family friendly holiday where children are free to play, explore and help care for the ducks, rabbits, sheep, cats, lambs and chickens.
A completely peaceful environment with unspoilt countryside and views. A fascinating range of wild birds including woodpeckers, house martins, swallows, yellowhammers, buzzards, owls and flycatchers
NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Towels, linen, electricity, laundry, laundry materials, highchairs, cots, DVD and video hire, games, rides, eggs, all without charge.
The four cottages (Pheasant, Owl, Buzzard and Goose) are adjacent to the Grade II listed Farm House which dates from 1525. The nearest village is Kings Nympton where the Grove Inn, winner of North Devon Pub of the Year for the last two years, is situated. This excellent pub can be reached within five minutes by road or after a wonderful walk through the countryside on a public footpath. The walk takes about 35 minutes and does wonders for the appetite and thirst.
